DIVINE HR has a great opportunity for a part-time Marketing and Promotional Coordinator reporting to the General Manager. This position will assist the sales force team with all marketing functions; which will include social media marketing and the development of all marketing campaigns and materials.

a leader in flexible and innovative space division solutions for industrial, commercial and residential applications. We provide the largest array of operable partitions, fire doors, demountable wall systems and glass wall systems within our territory. In addition, we provide a full line of after-care Services under our Protection Plus program.


  • Assist in the development of strategies that drive growth
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that deliver on the company’s goals
  • Ensure consistency and integration of message, branding, creative and content
  • Create timely marketing reporting that incudes learning and insights into performance metrics
  • Create, produce and manage all print material
  • Responsible for social media sites which reflect current projects and company information
  • Create and participate in Lunch and Learn Presentations
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows
  • Develop, plan and execute marketing and charity initiatives that will foster Uniqspace’s community involvement and green initiatives

Education & Experience

  • University Degree or Community College Diploma – preferably in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Business and creative writing skills
  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word Press, Web Design, Power Point, and Social Medial Marketing
