Job Description
This position will work closely with the Mechanical Production-Services team as well as
Mechanical Engineers and coordinators for assembly, fabrication and testing of mechanical assemblies. Assembly will include basic valve actuator combinations, Control valve assemblies with smart positioners, regulators change outs, regulator assembly, gas stations as well as staging and testing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Assembly of Keystone and other valve automation packages
· Fisher Control valve modifications including actuator change outs and smart positioner addition, set up and testing
· Ordering and management of bench stock and cabinet related materials
· Testing of hardware deliverables
· Preparing and coordinating of shipments
· Simple and complex regulator change outs
· Managing project inventory warehousing, working with company shipping and receiving of process automation products and mechanical assemblies
· Actively participating in assembly and testing activities as required
· Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality management system

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Ideal Candidate would have 1-3 years’ experience in mechanical fabrication or similar industry but not required
· College Diploma in Mechanical Technology or related discipline ideal but not required
